Contact Center Specialist

Are you someone who loves talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping customers?

TORQ Coatings is looking for a Contact Center Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in our services. You’ll help answer questions, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our Design Consultants while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

* Speak with homeowners by phone, text, and email

* Schedule qualified in-home estimates

* Follow up with leads and re-engage past opportunities

* Keep accurate notes inside our CRM

* Help support our sales team by creating quality opportunities

* Achieve daily and weekly performance goals

We’re Looking For

* Friendly, positive personality

* Strong communication skills

* Comfortable making outbound calls

* Organized and detail-oriented

* Tech-savvy and eager to learn

* Customer service or sales experience is a plus

Compensation

* $20-$23 per hour starting pay

* Performance bonus opportunities

* On-target earnings of $28-$33 per hour
