Compensation: $70,000–$75,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses

Schedule: Full-Time | Field-Based | Regional Travel Required

TORQ Coatings is one of the fastest-growing concrete coating companies in the Midwest, and we're looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to help lead our continued expansion.

This is more than a sales management role. You'll recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams while supporting new market launches and driving consistent sales performance across the region. What You'll Do

As the Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead multiple sales teams while ensuring consistent execution of the TORQ sales process throughout Chicagoland and future Midwest markets.

Sales Leadership

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top-performing sales professionals
  • Lead weekly sales meetings, coaching sessions, and ride-alongs
  • Provide real-time field coaching and performance feedback
  • Ensure consistent execution of the TORQ sales process
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs, close rates, and overall performance
  • Recognize top performers while coaching underperforming team members

Business Growth

  • Support new market launches and regional expansion initiatives
  • Travel throughout Chicagoland and surrounding Midwest markets, including overnight travel as needed
  • Run in-home sales appointments when coverage is needed
  • Partner with executive leadership to improve sales systems, training, and processes
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced sales leader who enjoys coaching others, building teams, and driving results.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven success in in-home sales
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and develop action plans
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest, including overnight travel
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales management or regional leadership experience
  • Experience leading multiple sales teams or territories
  • Home improvement, construction, or home services industry experience
