TORQ Coatings is one of the fastest-growing concrete coating companies in the Midwest, and we're looking for a high-performing sales professional ready to grow into sales leadership.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll continue selling while coaching, mentoring, and developing a growing sales team. As the business expands, you'll transition into a dedicated Sales Manager role with increased leadership responsibilities and opportunities for regional advancement.

What You'll Do

As the Working Sales Manager, you'll lead by example through personal production while helping develop the next generation of sales professionals.

Sales Leadership

  • Run in-home sales appointments and close business
  • Learn and execute the TORQ sales process
  • Lead by example through consistent sales performance
  • Coach and mentor Design Consultants
  • Conduct ride-alongs and provide field coaching
  • Help improve sales presentations and team performance

Team Development

  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding new sales talent
  • Monitor sales performance and key metrics
  • Foster a positive, competitive, and accountable team culture
  • Represent the TORQ brand with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proven salesperson who is ready to develop into a strong leader.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven sales success with a strong closing record
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Strong leadership potential
  • Professional demeanor and high level of accountability
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous in-home sales experience
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading others
