Location: Milwaukee, WI
Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 base salary + Quarterly Performance Bonus

TORQ Coatings is one of the fastest-growing concrete coating companies in the Midwest, and we're looking for an ambitious leader to launch and grow our Milwaukee market.
This is more than a Branch Manager position; it's an opportunity to build a business. You'll be responsible for establishing our local presence, hiring and developing your team, growing sales, and becoming the face of the TORQ brand throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

What You'll Do
Launch and Grow the Milwaukee Market
- Lead the successful launch of TORQ's Milwaukee branch.
- Develop local market knowledge and identify priority neighborhoods and growth opportunities.
- Build relationships throughout the community to increase brand awareness and generate referrals.
- Represent TORQ at chamber events, networking opportunities, community organizations, and other local events.
- Become the local face of the TORQ brand.
Sales Leadership
- Complete sales training at our Lombard headquarters.
- Spend your first 30 days actively selling and learning our customer experience.
- Conduct in-home consultations and help homeowners choose the right flooring solutions.
- Drive revenue while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Build and Lead Your Team
- Recruit, interview, and hire TORQ's first Milwaukee installation crew.
- Make sound hiring decisions and build a team aligned with our culture and values.
- Coach, develop, and support employees as the branch grows.
- Help expand from one crew to multiple crews over time.
- Partner closely with our Lombard leadership team for ongoing support.
Operations
- Coordinate scheduling and customer communication.
- Support production by conducting job site visits, quality checks, and customer callbacks.
- Handle administrative responsibilities until additional support staff are added.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.
What Success Looks Like
During your first year, you'll help:
- Launch the Milwaukee operation successfully.
- Hire and develop the first installation crew.
- Grow from one crew to two crews by September, with continued expansion thereafter.
- Build a strong local reputation for quality and customer service.
- Achieve revenue goals while maintaining our gross profit target.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of leadership experience in sales, operations, construction, home services, or a related industry.
- Previous experience hiring, coaching, or leading field teams.
- Strong knowledge of the Milwaukee metropolitan area, including neighborhoods, communities, and local business networks.
- Experience with community outreach, networking, or business development is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Milwaukee area.
Compensation & Growth
- Base Salary: $65,000–$80,000
- Quarterly bonus opportunity based on branch performance.
