TORQ Coatings is one of the fastest-growing concrete coating companies in the Midwest, and we're looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Manager to help elevate our brand as we continue to expand.

This is more than a marketing role, it's an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing company. You'll partner closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and leadership team to execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate leads, support recruiting, and create an exceptional customer experience.


Position Summary

As the Marketing Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day marketing initiatives while ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence across all customer touchpoints. You'll coordinate campaigns, manage vendors, support recruiting efforts, organize events, and help bring new ideas to life as TORQ continues expanding throughout the Midwest.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Maintain and strengthen the TORQ brand across all customer touchpoints
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, including print, digital, social media, advertising, and promotional materials
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies that support company growth

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Plan, capture, and manage engaging content across TORQ's organic social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
  • Build recurring content series and maintain a consistent posting schedule—not just one-off posts
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content, customer success stories, employee spotlights, and company culture
  • Manage the content calendar and coordinate content with the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Monitor engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries across social platforms

Job Site Content & Brand Storytelling

  • Visit active job sites to capture photo and video content, including installations, surface preparation, before-and-after transformations, crew highlights, and customer interactions
  • Work comfortably in residential and commercial environments while documenting projects in progress
  • Capture raw photo and video assets and collaborate with creative partners to develop polished marketing materials and advertisements
  • Help tell the TORQ story by showcasing our craftsmanship, people, and customer experience

Marketing Campaigns

  • Coordinate seasonal promotions, lead generation campaigns, and product launches
  • Assist in developing marketing initiatives that support sales, recruiting, and customer acquisition
  • Track campaign performance and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement

Events & Community Engagement

  • Coordinate and support home shows, community events, sponsorships, and recruiting events
  • Capture live event content for social media and marketing campaigns
  • Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and vendor relationships

Recruiting & Employer Branding

  • Partner with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to promote TORQ as an employer of choice
  • Develop recruiting campaigns, employee spotlights, and culture-focused content
  • Assist with internal communications and employer branding initiatives

Vendor & Project Management

  • Coordinate relationships with marketing vendors, designers, printers, and promotional partners
  • Manage branded merchandise, marketing materials, and promotional inventory
  • Oversee multiple marketing projects while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Event planning or employer branding experience
  • Experience with social media platforms and email marketing
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing 
  • Experience in home services, construction, or a related industry

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $70,000–$85,000
