No previous sales experience? No problem. We believe attitude, work ethic, and coachability matter more than a resume.

What You'll Do

• Run 3–5 pre-qualified appointments each day

• Meet with homeowners who are expecting your visit

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solution

• Measure project areas and prepare quotes

• Present pricing and close sales

• Manage follow-up through our CRM

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Most appointments last 45–60 minutes and are scheduled throughout the Chicagoland area.

Compensation & Benefits

• Realistic First-Year Earnings: $80,000–$120,000+

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable vehicle

• Comfortable traveling throughout the Chicagoland area

• Availability for evening and weekend appointments as needed
